GTA Vice City Game Grand Theft Auto

Grand Theft Auto

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City follows Tommy Vercetti as he ends a 15-year stint in prison. He travels to the eponymous city, which is modeled after Miami, Florida. Unfortunately, things go wrong for Vercetti, and he's forced to collect money for a crime boss. Rockstar's follow-up to Grand Theft Auto III is a vast improvement over its predecessor and breaks ground for sandbox titles. An Overview of The Game In this GTA title, players control Vercetti in a neon-colored city rampant with crime. The game mechanics are similar to the previous Grand Theft Auto game. A player can steal vehicles, acquire weapons, and cause mayhem throughout the city. Aside from an extensive campaign, the game includes countless side missions and activities. Dozens of vehicles and weapons are available to players throughout the game. Where Vice City Succeeds Grand Theft Auto: VC features an interesting single player campaign with many side missions. The entire story is engrossing from start to finish. Strong voice acting and a large open world setting improve the experience compared to the previous game. Fortunately, players can wreak havoc on enemies and innocents with over a dozen weapons, ranging from firearms to melee weapons. Shooting and driving mechanics within the game are solid to say the least. The ability to earn money and prestige through side activities is welcome. During the actual game, mission variety is a standout feature as players won't find themselves bored. It's not difficult to say that Grand Theft Auto: VC breaks new ground for the franchise. Grand Theft Auto III didn't disappoint, but VC succeeds thanks to major improvements. Where Vice City Falters (But Only A Bit) This Miami-inspired GTA title isn't perfect, though. On release day, in-game graphics looked fine for a title of its time but don't hold up well over time. Various bugs and glitches can affect the gameplay experience. A handful of notorious missions may frustrate players to no end, due to poor camera angles or wonky controls. Then again, many of these complaints are nitpicks more than absolute deal breakers. A Game For The Ages GTA: VC builds upon its predecessor in all the right ways. The game is available on multiple platforms and ticks all the boxes for a blockbuster AAA title. For an open world game, it gives players countless things to do and high replay value. Dedicated players will find new nooks and crannies to explore. Many players will spend dozens of hours building their criminal empire in the game and earning a 100% completion rating. Pros An incredible follow-up to Grand Theft Auto III. Diverse game with an excellent campaign and countless side missions. Driving and shooting mechanics work well. Cons Graphics are good,
